Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Amado Hermelando came out of the goal and Wilfredo Sugar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 16 minutes into the match, TISHA FC's goal looked a bit too open when Manuel Fe came free, but Jairo Senon reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Motomo FC's Melchor Baleren got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 19 minutes, Melchor Joanes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Motomo FC and the TISHA FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of TISHA FC booed when Motomo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 19 match minutes in a wonderful position. Melchor Joanes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Matias Garikoitz in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Amado Hermelando saved Motomo FC from getting behind. Wilfredo Sugar recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 21st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With 24 minutes on the clock, Generoso Maureo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 24th minute of the game. One of Motomo FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of TISHA FC:s goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Matias Garikoitz in the 33rd minute of play forced Motomo FC's goalkeeper Amado Hermelando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 36th minute, Wilfredo Sugar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Matias Garikoitz's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Amado Hermelando was relentless in the 37th minute of the game. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Matias Garikoitz to make the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Wilfredo Sugar got free with Amado Hermelando in the 53rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 56th minute Matias Garikoitz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Amado Hermelando saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Felipe Chus charged in rather forcefully in the 56th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Motomo FC's goalkeeper Amado Hermelando, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The TISHA FC supporters could be heard counting down the last seconds of the match. They errupted in celebration when the whistle blew, knowing TISHA FC would go home with victory in their luggage after a match that easily could have ended differently.
