Astor Sazon took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nunez Oskitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Armando Umea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Leopoldo Berenguer might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cecilio Bortzaioriz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. The referee ignored Lauti y Simon's protests and gave Prospero Roderigo a yellow card for diving instead. 54 minutes into the game, one of Lauti y Simon:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Lauti y Simon:s Cecilio Bortzaioriz showed great skill when he stopped Ambrosio Quirze:s penalty. 56 minutes into the game, Ambrosio Quirze cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Cecilio Bortzaioriz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Nunez Oskitz came up free with the goalie in the 67th minute, the Lauti y Simon fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nunez Oskitz couldn't finish the play. If Esteve Boniel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The throw-in from Pastor Mitxel in the 72nd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Lauti y Simon's Rolando Aires. Ambrosio Quirze made in the 74th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Marciano Chucho. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leopoldo Berenguer in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Cecilio Bortzaioriz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Rolando Aires hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Lauti y Simon's zone, Leopoldo Berenguer stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cecilio Bortzaioriz came out of the goal and Leopoldo Berenguer tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The supporters of Ciudad Oculta booed when Lauti y Simon was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nunez Oskitz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ambrosio Quirze took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 88th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cecilio Bortzaioriz. Lauti y Simon's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Armando Umea fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 90th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Astor Sazon having to interfere. After having played for 94 minutes, Leopoldo Berenguer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ciudad Oculta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Leopoldo Berenguer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cecilio Bortzaioriz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 97th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Serafino Rumaldo.
