In the 9th match minute, Nequen was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Camilo Bero to maneuver through the defense. Antonio Olo spun around in front of the goal 10 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Nequen's goal. Isaac Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Aquiles Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Antonio Olo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 20 minutes into the match, Emanuel Pueblo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Javier Elizardo. Barra AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Emanuel Pueblo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Fulgencio Sesuldo charged in rather forcefully in the 23rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Fulgencio Sesuldo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barra AFC booed when Nequen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 23 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fulgencio Sesuldo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Herauso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Aquiles Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Herauso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 36 minutes, Prospero Bernal mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Barra AFC and the Nequen players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 36th minute, Prospero Bernal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Americo Matai in the 38th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Javier Elizardo saved Barra AFC from getting behind. The supporters of Nequen booed when Barra AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Prospero Bernal didn't get a good kick on the ball. Nequen were awarded a corner in the 44th minute after Barra AFC's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alejandro Gorosti took the corner. It was a well-played corner which Alvaro Argi managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. After having played for 46 minutes, Emanuel Pueblo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Nequen's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emanuel Pueblo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Antonio Olo made a kick off. In the last second Aquiles Gartxot throw himself and got hold of the ball when Antonio Olo in the 60thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. If Americo Matai had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Emanuel Pueblo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Camilo Bero in the 66th minute of play forced Barra AFC's goalkeeper Javier Elizardo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Antonio Olo was extremely unlucky when he, in the 70th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. An unexpectedly hard shot by Isaac Herauso in the 72nd minute of play forced Nequen's goalkeeper Aquiles Gartxot to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Isaac Herauso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Antonio Olo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Aquiles Gartxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Americo Matai fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Javier Elizardo having to interfere. In the 80th minute, Emanuel Pueblo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Javier Elizardo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Americo Matai, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. If Antonio Olo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Isaac Herauso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aquiles Gartxot having to interfere.
