Zacarias Jerrald stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Ospetsu's shot from short distance in the 3rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cayetano Lamberto in the 4th minute of play forced Amapola AFC's goalkeeper Cayetano Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 8th minute, Inocencio Hodei made a precise shot to the right of Cayetano Elequemedo. Amapola AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. After 11 minutes of play, Chañarito's Inocencio Hodei made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Cayetano Elequemedo was left in no man's land by his defense there! When Celestino Cuarto came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Chañarito fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Celestino Cuarto couldn't finish the play. 14 minutes into the game, Chañarito's Cayetano Lamberto nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Cayetano Elequemedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. With 18 minutes on the clock, Marcial Baristo commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. In the 18th minute, one of Chañarito:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Chañarito. In the 20th minute there was a penalty for Amapola AFC. Casimiro Mouricio stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Zacarias Jerrald. 1-3. In the 28th minute, Inocencio Hodei made a precise shot to the right of Cayetano Elequemedo. Amapola AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Oscar Dimas got free with Zacarias Jerrald in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Cayetano Elequemedo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Hodei, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. Oscar Dimas sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Chañarito's Zacarias Jerrald proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 40th minute of the match, managed to save Chañarito from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Amapola AFC's Ciro Quentin got a free kick in the 41st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Inocencio Hodei in the 44th minute of play forced Amapola AFC's goalkeeper Cayetano Elequemedo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zacarias Jerrald was out of position in the 48 minute of play, and Wilfredo Ospetsu capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Wilfredo Ospetsu really showed his touch with that goal: 2-4. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 2-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Wilfredo Ospetsu to strike the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Jerrald showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. 61 minutes into the game, Inocencio Hodei cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-5. Cayetano Elequemedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 65th minute, Wilfredo Ospetsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amapola AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-5. Zacarias Jerrald showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu in the 68th minute of the match. Zacarias Jerrald didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-5 was the resulting score. Bruno Behe hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. Oscar Dimas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 77th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Jerrald having to interfere. 5-5 became the score in the 80th minute when Wilfredo Ospetsu elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. In the 84th minute Oscar Dimas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zacarias Jerrald saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Chañarito getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Tiburcio Loco hit a great ball. Wilfredo Ospetsu fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 94th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zacarias Jerrald having to interfere. Wilfredo Ospetsu's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Zacarias Jerrald read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play.
