Ezequiel Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hernan Magdaleno in the 12th minute of the match. 14 minutes into the match, CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe's Claudio Feo sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ezequiel Santos narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 19th minute, Teobaldo Caitano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Gavino Berenguer's late challenge caught a CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Claudio Feo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ezequiel Santos having to interfere. 26 minutes into the game, Aaron Opilano recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Leo Norino. Aaron Opilano showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-1. In the 30th minute, Hernan Magdaleno left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-2. After having played for 34 minutes, Hernan Magdaleno managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe's supporters crossed their fingers, but Hernan Magdaleno was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Farush FC's Ezequiel Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hernan Magdaleno in the 79th minute of play. 87 minutes into the game, Hernan Magdaleno lined in a short shot 1-4 behind a frustrated Ezequiel Santos. A collision led to CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Anastasio Iliana hit a great ball. CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe played a much better game than Farush FC and deserved their victory. The Farush FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
