Patagones's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Carrefour FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Patagones's Narciso Pudes got a free kick in the 64th minute. Erubiel Quexal's late challenge caught a Carrefour FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
