Marcelo Eliu came out of the goal and Hernan Magdaleno tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Claudio Feo blasted a shot towards the goal in the 55th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcelo Eliu having to make a save. Hernan Magdaleno did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-3 to the left of a surprised Marcelo Eliu 56 minutes into the match. Claudio Feo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A hard shot 61 in the game by Hernan Magdaleno from a close distance when the talented Marcelo Eliu managed to make a qualified save. Club Comunicaciones's players were relieved. Hernan Magdaleno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Marcelo Eliu having to interfere. Hernan Magdalenos short, quick shot in the 96thth minute got Marcelo Eliu to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The Club Comunicaciones fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. CLUB UNIÓN De Santa Fe were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
