After recieving a nice pass, Patagones's Carolo Nayely tried to score from far away in the 15th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. 16 minutes into the game, Narciso Pudes cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Gregorio Goyo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 19th minute, Gaspar Luix hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Blas Errando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Nunez Lopes's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rogelio Jerold firmly grabbed it by the left post. Rogelio Jerold came out of the goal and Marciano Giraldo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Narciso Pudes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 45th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gregorio Goyo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Narciso Pudes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After the first half Patagones were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Siro Ruisko made the kick off in the second half. Alberto Asier took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 55th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rogelio Jerold. Patagones's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Patagones's Narciso Pudes got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 58thth minute of the game Blas Errando who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Club Atletico Parque Chas's Gregorio Goyo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. When Siro Ruisko came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Club Atletico Parque Chas fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Siro Ruisko couldn't finish the play. When Rigoberto Kepa fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick.
