Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Benard FC's Maximino Teofilio started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Israel Llope kicked well hit freekick during the 9th minute of the match. Benard FC's Primitivo Ted played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wilfredo Ospetsu in the 17th minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, Oscar Dimas managed to get in a good position for a shot. Amapola AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Oscar Dimas was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Primitivo Ted breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Wilfredo Ospetsu was extremely unlucky when he, in the 20th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Cayetano Elequemedo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Luciano Maldonado in the 24th minute of the match. Cayetano Elequemedo came out of the goal in the 25th minute to try and stop a shot by Benard FC's Juan Ulizes. But to his dismay, Juan Ulizes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Primitivo Ted made an important save on a dangerous shot by Oscar Dimas in the 33rd minute. After 35 played minutes Amapola AFC got a freekick which was hit by Godofredo Cugat. Wilfredo Ospetsu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wilfredo Ospetsu struck a weak shot in the 40th minute. Primitivo Ted didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Amapola AFC. Oscar Dimas could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Primitivo Ted made a huge save.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Wilfredo Ospetsu was the one to do the kick off. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juan Ulizes during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Benard FC's Juan Ulizes got a free kick in the 53rd minute. After having played for 59 minutes, Wilfredo Ospetsu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Amapola AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilfredo Ospetsu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Oscar Dimas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After some careless play in the Benard FC defense, Wilfredo Ospetsu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Primitivo Ted. The Benard FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Primitivo Ted should have stopped the shot. Primitivo Ted didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Luciano Maldonado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Cayetano Elequemedo firmly grabbed it by the left post. Primitivo Ted showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wilfredo Ospetsu in the 74th minute of the match. Oscar Dimas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 79th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Primitivo Ted having to make a save. 81 minutes into the match, Amapola AFC's Wilfredo Ospetsu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Primitivo Ted narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Ulizes got his second yellow card in the match during the 82nd minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. Juan Ulizes kicked well hit freekick during the 82nd minute of the match. Israel Llope hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. In the 85th minute, Casimiro Mouricio sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Benard FC's Primitivo Ted didn't even have to move. If Wilfredo Ospetsu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 87th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Primitivo Ted stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Wilfredo Ospetsu's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute, Wilfredo Ospetsu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Amapola AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Amapola AFC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
