Spectators: 6828 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1361, VIP seats: 142) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. In the 9th minute, Guido Arias hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Santo Cayo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 17th minute, Edgardo Loreto fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alejandro Mark, passed just outside the right post. Alejandro Mark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eulalio Tipi, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. 24 minutes into the game, Damaso Beremundo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Sportivo Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claypole the free kick. In the 24th match minute, Sportivo Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Damaso Beremundo to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute, Santo Cayo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cayetano Cordarell was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. After a rather tough play, Claypole's Feliciano Noe got a free kick in the 30th minute. Eulalio Tipi was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 33rd minute. Claypole's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Edgardo Loreto was extremely unlucky when he, in the 35th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Eulalio Tipi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alejandro Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eulalio Tipi in the 42nd minute of the match. Eleuterio Piearres kicked well hit freekick during the 44th minute of the match. Claypole's Isaac Txartiko couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 45th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Sportivo Club. In the 47th minute, Eulalio Tipi fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Alejandro Mark, passed just outside the right post. The Claypole players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Sportivo Club were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Leandro Rosio made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the match, Sportivo Club's goal looked a bit too open when Edgardo Loreto came free, but Alejandro Mark reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Cayetano Cordarell was a little too slow when Leandro Rosio got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Alejandro Mark made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Edgardo Loreto in the 57th minute of play. Damaso Beremundo hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. In the 59thth minute of the game Eulalio Tipi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Sportivo Club's Alejandro Mark was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Cayetano Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alejandro Mark showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edgardo Loreto in the 65th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Club's zone, Edgardo Loreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Mark came out of the goal and Edgardo Loreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Sportivo Club's Alejandro Mark played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Tipi in the 70th minute of play. In the 74th minute, Daniel Hever hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The corner ended in Eleuterio Piearres almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Claypole's Cayetano Cordarell did a great save. Santo Cayo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Cordarell having to interfere. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Feliciano Noe during the 83rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 83rd minute, Feliciano Noe hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Cayetano Cordarell took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Leandro Rosio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Claypole getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Feliciano Noe hit a great ball. Cayetano Cordarell made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leandro Rosio in the 95th minute of play. Edgardo Loreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 100th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Alejandro Mark. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edgardo Loreto ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Sportivo Club's zone, Eulalio Tipi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alejandro Mark came out of the goal and Eulalio Tipi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The Claypole supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Sportivo Club's performance. The match ended with a win for Sportivo Club.
