Spectators: 6828 (Terracing: 5325, Seating: 1361, VIP seats: 142) The supporters of Claypole booed when Berreta AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. Bernardino Peyo didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isaac Txartiko was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 4th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. 6 minutes into the match, Berreta AFC's goalkeeper Ciriaco Eufemio had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Edgardo Loreto. Cristobal Ascencio hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Claypole's Eulalio Tipi got a good chance for a goal in the 11th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Edgardo Loreto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 22nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Berreta AFC's Ciriaco Eufemio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eulalio Tipi in the 23rd minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cristobal Ascencio during the 26th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 27th minute, Cristobal Ascencio hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Denis Haritz hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Aureliano Luzaide's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Cayetano Cordarell read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 32nd minute of play. Guillermo Marko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cayetano Cordarell having to interfere. If Aureliano Luzaide had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Eulalio Tipi received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. Ciriaco Eufemio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some careless play in the Berreta AFC defense, Edgardo Loreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Ciriaco Eufemio. The Berreta AFC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Ciriaco Eufemio should have stopped the shot. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Eulalio Tipi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute Eulalio Tipi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ciriaco Eufemio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 57th minute, Eulalio Tipi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a rather tough play, Claypole's Isaac Txartiko got a free kick in the 65th minute. Freddy Natal took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 66th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Cayetano Cordarell. Claypole's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 68 minutes into the match, Berreta AFC's Aureliano Luzaide sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cayetano Cordarell narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Berreta AFC's Guillermo Marko got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 77 minutes into the game, Anibal Burni was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berreta AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Claypole the free kick. After 77 played minutes Berreta AFC got a freekick which was hit by Anibal Burni. In the 83rd minute, Eulalio Tipi made a precise shot to the right of Ciriaco Eufemio. Berreta AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-0. Cayetano Cordarell showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Aureliano Luzaide, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. Cayetano Cordarell came out of the goal in the 89th minute to try and stop a shot by Berreta AFC's Guillermo Marko. But to his dismay, Guillermo Marko quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. Cayetano Cordarell showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aureliano Luzaide in the 95th minute of the match. 97 minutes into the game, Aureliano Luzaide cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Cayetano Cordarell was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
