The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Lázaro Transito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliseo Calvet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 8 played minutes Talita got a freekick which was hit by Sixto Rivas. When Achirense FC's Orlando Txatxu in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Talita's goalie prevented a goal. 13 minutes in the game, Jonathan Olentzaro dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. In the 16th minute Eliseo Calvet shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lázaro Transito saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Jeremy Bentham came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Talita fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jeremy Bentham couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Calvet in the 29th minute of play forced Achirense FC's goalkeeper Lázaro Transito to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. A collision led to Achirense FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Hilario Curcio hit a great ball. Orlando Txatxu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Achirense FC's Lázaro Transito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eliseo Calvet in the 48th minute of play. After the first half Talita were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Orlando Txatxu was the one to do the kick off. After a rather tough play, Talita's Jeremy Bentham got a free kick in the 51st minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Jonathan Olentzaro in the 53rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Miguel Rodas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 55 minutes of play, Achirense FC's Jonathan Olentzaro made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Rodas was left in no man's land by his defense there! 59 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Achirense FC's Jonathan Olentzaro fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. The audience was convinced that Jonathan Olentzaro's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Miguel Rodas was relentless in the 63rd minute of the game. In the 68th minute, Celestino Osmundo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 81 minutes of play, Achirense FC's Orlando Txatxu made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Miguel Rodas was left in no man's land by his defense there! Talita's Miguel Rodas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Txatxu in the 89th minute of play. 91 minutes into the game, Achirense FC's Orlando Txatxu nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Miguel Rodas made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Achirense FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
