After a defensive mix-up in Lepá FC's zone, Celedonio Bartoli stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Joaquin Goren came out of the goal and Celedonio Bartoli tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Rigoberto Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Joaquin Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Natalio Noe made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Constantino Roano in the 13th minute of play. Lepá FC's Constantino Roano got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Lepá FC's Benito Videl got a free kick in the 22nd minute. The long shot by Aldo Gaufred in the 23rd minute really tested Joaquin Goren's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. Eliseo Rozarius fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 25th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Noe having to interfere. In the 26th match minute, Irala was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fernando Cordara to maneuver through the defense. Lepá FC's Joaquin Goren played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rigoberto Cebo in the 29th minute of play. Placido Nicholas fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Noe having to interfere. Mauro Chabier hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Natalio Noe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Rozarius, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. Constantino Roano fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natalio Noe having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliseo Rozarius in the 43rd minute of play forced Irala's goalkeeper Natalio Noe to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Constantino Roano in the 45th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natalio Noe saved Irala from getting behind. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rigoberto Cebo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lepá FC's Teofilo Claude couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 58th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Irala. When Eliseo Rozarius came up free with the goalie in the 61st minute, the Lepá FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Rozarius couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Lepá FC booed when Irala was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saverio Betadur didn't get a good kick on the ball. The long shot by Teofilo Claude in the 65th minute really tested Natalio Noe's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. The audience was convinced that Constantino Roano's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Natalio Noe was relentless in the 67th minute of the game. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Irala's goalkeeper Natalio Noe, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The audience thought a goal was coming when Eliseo Rozarius got free with Natalio Noe in the 96th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Rigoberto Cebo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 97th minute. Joaquin Goren tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The Irala fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Lepá FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
