In the 97th minute the ball was on its way in behind La Real Cantera's goalkeeper Felix Palos, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 98th minute, Hermengildo Satordi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Felix Palos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ivan Loiola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Despite being the better team, Cultural failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
