Spectators: 6929 (Terracing: 5433, Seating: 1496, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Anastasio Gergori got the match started through his kick off. With a little luck, C.S y D Los Leones's Dalmacio Abella got control of the ball when Gerardo Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. 7 minutes into the game, Anastasio Gergori lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Dalmacio Abella. Anastasio Gergori sent away a hard shot on goal in the 11th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. A collision led to C.S y D Los Leones getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Miguel Gelmiro hit a great ball. Miguel Gelmiro's late challenge caught a Barrilete Cosmico FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Miguel Gelmiro helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to C.S y D Los Leones getting a freekick after 18 minutes play. Miguel Gelmiro hit a great ball. Leonardo Lizbeth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dalmacio Abella having to interfere. Dalmacio Abella stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Anastasio Gergori's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. 24 minutes into the match, Barrilete Cosmico FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arnaldo Dorio came free, but Abo Bado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Leonardo Lizbeth did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 2-0 to the left of a surprised Dalmacio Abella 25 minutes into the match. Abo Bado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Domingos Incendio, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Anastasio Gergori in the 36th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dalmacio Abella saved C.S y D Los Leones from getting behind. A hard shot by Robustiano Heli from long distance, 39 minutes into the match, got Dalmacio Abella's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Leonardo Lizbeth recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 46th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Domingos Incendio made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Anastasio Gergori in the 56th minute of play forced C.S y D Los Leones's goalkeeper Dalmacio Abella to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 58 minutes into the match, Arnaldo Dorio notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Barrilete Cosmico FC's Abo Bado. Abo Bado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Dalmacio Abella showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Anastasio Gergori in the 63rd minute of the match. If Arnaldo Dorio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonardo Lizbeth sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Dalmacio Abella made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonardo Lizbeth in the 73rd minute of play. If Anastasio Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arnaldo Dorio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abo Bado having to interfere. In the 81st minute Anastasio Gergori shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dalmacio Abella saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 82nd minute, Leonardo Lizbeth got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Anastasio Gergori had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Barrilete Cosmico FC's Leonardo Lizbeth got a good chance for a goal in the 87th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 90th minute, Leonardo Lizbeth managed to get in a good position for a shot. Barrilete Cosmico FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Leonardo Lizbeth was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Dalmacio Abella breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The audience thought a goal was coming when Arnaldo Dorio got free with Abo Bado in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. If Leonardo Lizbeth had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee ended the match the Barrilete Cosmico FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
