The supporters of FIDALGO FC booed when Y va el tercero F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 11 match minutes in a wonderful position. Edgard Ikatz didn't get a good kick on the ball. Froilan Llorian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 12th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With an all-out effort, FIDALGO FC's Santiago Natanael threw himself towards the right post 14 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Zacarias Eguen, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Eleuterio Prejun kicked well hit freekick during the 23rd minute of the match. Santiago Natanael made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Zacarias Eguen in the 33rd minute of play. Zacarias Eguen received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 37th minute. Santiago Natanael tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 minutes, Jaime Oliveiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the FIDALGO FC and the Y va el tercero F.C. players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, FIDALGO FC's Jaime Oliveiro got a free kick in the 38th minute. Santiago Natanael came out of the goal in the 42nd minute to try and stop a shot by FIDALGO FC's Froilan Llorian. But to his dismay, Froilan Llorian quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. An unexpectedly hard shot by Zacarias Eguen in the 49th minute of play forced Y va el tercero F.C.'s goalkeeper Santiago Natanael to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarias Eguen stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zacarias Eguen recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 56th minute the ball was on its way in behind Y va el tercero F.C.'s goalkeeper Santiago Natanael, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Rigoberto Paez was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leon Serapio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-1 in the 64 minute of play. In the 68th minute, Blas Tiniebra made a precise shot to the right of Santiago Natanael. Y va el tercero F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-1. Froilan Llorian struck a weak shot in the 72nd minute. Santiago Natanael didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for FIDALGO FC. But to his dismay, Zacarias Eguen quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 3-1. Y va el tercero F.C.'s players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
