Alvaro Euloxu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 13th minute. Sergio Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Atilano Franco struck a weak shot in the 15th minute. Rogelio Matai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Lipeo. Isidoro Crescencios short, quick shot in the 21stth minute got Rogelio Matai to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Atilano Franco in the 24th minute of play forced Defensores del Bosque's goalkeeper Rogelio Matai to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Crescencio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rogelio Matai having to interfere. Atilano Franco blasted a shot towards the goal in the 33rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Rogelio Matai having to make a save. Through an outstanding action, after 37 minutes, Rogelio Matai successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 42nd minute, Atilano Franco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Rogelio Matai made an important save on a dangerous shot by Isidoro Crescencio in the 44th minute. Elias Grabiel's late challenge caught a Defensores del Bosque's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Elias Grabiel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 46th minute, Elias Grabiel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lipeo's Sergio Fidele played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Baltasar Rosalio in the 48th minute of play.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Alvaro Euloxu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 58th minute Atilano Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rogelio Matai saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The corner led Lipeo's Prudencio Orlandus to fire away a dangerous shot which Rogelio Matai despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. The supporters of Defensores del Bosque booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 89 match minutes in a wonderful position. Atilano Franco didn't get a good kick on the ball. A collision led to Lipeo getting a freekick after 91 minutes play. Atilano Franco hit a great ball. After having played for 94 minutes, Isidoro Crescencio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Lipeo's supporters crossed their fingers, but Isidoro Crescencio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal.
