Augusto Cordeiro went to the wrong direction when Hector Mikolas was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. Thanks to some nice moves Victor Papo could shoot a difficult shot in the 30th minute, which Tiburcio Otsando however easily saved by the left post. Arnulfo Pueblo kicked well hit freekick during the 33rd minute of the match. With a little luck, Alvear FC's Tiburcio Otsando got control of the ball when Victor Papo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Aquiles Chinto kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. When Alvear FC's Stig Blomqvist in the 42nd minute got a chance for a shot 42nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. Tiburcio Otsando showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Pagomari, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. 65 minutes into the match, Alvear FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Pagomari came free, but Tiburcio Otsando reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aquiles Chinto hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Alvear FC's Stig Blomqvist got a free kick in the 75th minute. 80 minutes into the match, Tiburcio Quilino had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Tiburcio Otsando. Alvear FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tiburcio Quilino was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Tobias Gaufred charged in rather forcefully in the 84th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Tobias Gaufred the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Fortineros de la Bahía booed when Alvear FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tobias Gaufred didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Victor Papo in the 86th minute of play forced Alvear FC's goalkeeper Tiburcio Otsando to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 87 minutes into the game, Fortineros de la Bahía's Tiburcio Quilino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Fortineros de la Bahía's Augusto Cordeiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Fortineros de la Bahía from getting a goal against them.
