Spectators: 5600 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1500, VIP seats: 100) Lorenzo Llope started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Isidoro Crescencio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 3rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Hipolito Rubio having to make a save. 5 minutes into the game, Guaberto Vargas recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Sergio Fidele. Guaberto Vargas showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. When Isidoro Crescencio came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Lipeo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Isidoro Crescencio couldn't finish the play. Through an outstanding action, after 9 minutes, Sergio Fidele successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Atilano Franco during the 11th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 14th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lipeo's goalkeeper Sergio Fidele, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Elias Grabiel charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elias Grabiel the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of PUMA FC booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elias Grabiel didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 19 minutes, Guaberto Vargas managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PUMA FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Guaberto Vargas was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The supporters of PUMA FC booed when Lipeo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isidoro Crescencio didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 21st minute, Lorenzo Llope got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 2-0 became the score in the 23rd minute when Lorenzo Llope elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After 28 played minutes Lipeo got a freekick which was hit by Atilano Franco. Lorenzo Llope's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Fidele read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 30th minute of play. Guaberto Vargas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 38th minute Lorenzo Llope shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lipeo's Isidoro Crescencio suffered a concussion after 43 minutes and had to leave the field. Ambrosio Sabin's late challenge caught a Lipeo's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ambrosio Sabin helped the player get up and apologised. In a very dangerous position, a player in PUMA FC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 42nd minute. Penalty! Hipolito Rubio had in the 45thth minute some difficulties stopping Prudencio Orlandus's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Prudencio Orlandus scored 2-1 in the 45th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Hipolito Rubio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

Sergio Fidele showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Lorenzo Llope, who was totally free with the ball in the 61st minute. PUMA FC's Hipolito Rubio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Franco in the 64th minute of play. Hipolito Rubio was a little too slow when Elias Grabiel got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 3-2. Guaberto Vargas might have been able to make a better finish in the 71st minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Sergio Fidele. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Guaberto Vargas ran back to his position shaking his head. 74 minutes into the match, Lorenzo Llope had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Sergio Fidele. Lipeo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Lorenzo Llope was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-2. Guaberto Vargas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Sergio Fidele tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to PUMA FC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Lorenzo Llope hit a great ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. PUMA FC had played much better football throughout.
