Los Halcones's Isidro Gonsalvo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Atilano Franco in the 3rd minute of play. The penalty shot was made by Prudencio Orlandus, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Los Halcones's Isidro Gonsalvo. 0-1. 12 minutes into the match, Los Halcones's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Franco came free, but Isidro Gonsalvo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 14th minute, Isidoro Crescencio ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Isidro Gonsalvo was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 18th minute Atilano Franco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Isidro Gonsalvo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 18th minute, Orlando Romildo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 20 played minutes Los Halcones got a freekick which was hit by Bernardino Curcio. Isidoro Crescencio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 22nd minute, Cristian Aimar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 25th minute, Baltasar Belasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nunez Quirce in the 27th minute of play forced Lipeo's goalkeeper Sergio Fidele to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Atilano Franco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 36th minute, Los Halcones's Nunez Quirce dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-2. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After 53 played minutes Lipeo got a freekick which was hit by Elias Grabiel. When Los Halcones's Nunez Quirce in the 54th minute got a chance for a shot 54th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Lipeo's goalie prevented a goal. In the 56th minute Nunez Quirce shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sergio Fidele saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 59 minutes into the match, Los Halcones's goalkeeper Isidro Gonsalvo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Isidoro Crescencio. If Braulio Breogan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Los Halcones's Isidro Gonsalvo proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 74th minute of the match, managed to save Los Halcones from getting a goal against them. Atilano Franco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Isidro Gonsalvo having to interfere. If Atilano Franco had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 90 minutes into the match, Los Halcones's goal looked a bit too open when Atilano Franco came free, but Isidro Gonsalvo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Los Halcones's defense didn't have a chance, in the 92nd minute, when Atilano Franco scored to the left of an out of position Isidro Gonsalvo, making the score, 1-3. In the 95th minute, Baltasar Belasko hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sergio Fidele showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Braulio Breogan in the 96th minute of the match. The Los Halcones supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Lipeo's performance. The match ended with a win for Lipeo.
