The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Flunfels Bohemios's Claudio Ledesma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ruben Prego in the 11th minute of play. Gaston Boniel made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victoriano Guillelmo in the 12th minute of play. Claudio Ledesma was a little too slow when Ruben Prego got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 13th minute. The score was now 1-0. Marek Kont fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Claudio Ledesma having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ruben Prego in the 23rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Claudio Ledesma prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After recieving a nice pass, Tipal FC's Jairo Torres tried to score from far away in the 47th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Samuel Mantzio stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Samuel Mantzio blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Gaston Boniel having to make a save. After 58 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Tipal FC! After 63 minutes of play, Tipal FC's Marek Kont made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Claudio Ledesma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Claudio Ledesma made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ruben Prego in the 65th minute of play. In the 70th minute Marek Kont shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Claudio Ledesma saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Claudio Ledesma stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ruben Prego's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. Rene Weterio hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. 75 minutes into the match, Tipal FC's goalkeeper Gaston Boniel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Samuel Mantzio. After having played for 76 minutes, Mattias Svahn managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tipal FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mattias Svahn was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. For all the effort they put into the match, the Flunfels Bohemios players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Tipal FC.
