After a rather tough play, Flying Goats's Casimiro Matei got a free kick in the 4th minute. Silvestre Constancio took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Florencio Aznaro. Flying Goats's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Flying Goats's Florencio Aznaro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anacleto Vargas in the 7th minute of play. Rene Rufo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Hermengildo Atarrabi tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 21 minutes into the match, Flying Goats's goal looked a bit too open when Anacleto Vargas came free, but Florencio Aznaro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albino Precioso recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Alfredo Nastasio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to DEPORTIVO PROMETEO getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Ruperto Beltza hit a great ball. In the 33rd minute, Rene Rufo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A hard shot 34 in the game by Albino Precioso from a close distance when the talented Hermengildo Atarrabi managed to make a qualified save. DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's players were relieved. In the 35th minute Rene Rufo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hermengildo Atarrabi saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Jonatan Tabb kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. In the 40th match minute, DEPORTIVO PROMETEO was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bernardo Cordaro to maneuver through the defense. 46 minutes into the game, Flying Goats's Alfredo Nastasio nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Hermengildo Atarrabi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Hermengildo Atarrabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rufo in the 52nd minute of play. 54 minutes into the match, Rene Rufo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Hermengildo Atarrabi. DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rene Rufo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Hermengildo Atarrabi didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Rene Rufo went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The long shot by Casimiro Lapurdi in the 69th minute really tested Florencio Aznaro's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After 70 played minutes Flying Goats got a freekick which was hit by Iker Cordarryl. After a rather tough play, DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's Bernardo Cordaro got a free kick in the 71st minute. After some careless play in the DEPORTIVO PROMETEO defense, Rene Rufo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Hermengildo Atarrabi. The DEPORTIVO PROMETEO fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Hermengildo Atarrabi should have stopped the shot. After a defensive mix-up in DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's zone, Alfredo Nastasio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Atarrabi came out of the goal and Alfredo Nastasio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hermengildo Atarrabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Albino Precioso in the 80th minute of play. In the 81st minute, one of Flying Goats:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Flying Goats. When Ruperto Beltza fell near the penalty area in the 87th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's protests and gave Ruperto Beltza a yellow card for diving instead. Ruperto Beltza kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. 91 minutes into the match, DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's Ruperto Beltza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Florencio Aznaro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Hermengildo Atarrabi made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rene Rufo in the 92nd minute of play. In the 98thth minute of the game Albino Precioso who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but DEPORTIVO PROMETEO's Hermengildo Atarrabi was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Flying Goats's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
