Candido Colon started the match with the kick off. With a little luck, Diadema's Primitivo Orixe got control of the ball when Ciriaco Felipo tried to sneak it across the goal line. Fernando Lando sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primitivo Orixe didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Candido Colon went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Teobaldo Iigo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fernando Lando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute, Salamanca AFC's Silvio Romildo ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Primitivo Orixe. Primitivo Orixe yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-0. Primitivo Orixe showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Silvio Romildo in the 29th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Diadema's zone, Candido Colon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Primitivo Orixe came out of the goal and Candido Colon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Ciriaco Felipo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Primitivo Orixe made a huge save. The crowd rose to their feet as Hipolito Abar kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Primitivo Orixe. That made the score 3-0 in the 33 minute of play. Marcos Eztebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jimeno Abel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 41 minutes into the game, Emiliano Mouricio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diadema's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salamanca AFC the free kick. Emiliano Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 41st minute of the match. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emanuel Orixe during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Emanuel Orixe kicked well hit freekick during the 48th minute of the match. Diadema's Jimeno Abel couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 48th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Salamanca AFC.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernando Lando stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Marcos Eztebe sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. If Candido Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 60th minute, Candido Colon left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Salamanca AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. After 65 minutes of play, Diadema's Marcos Eztebe made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Teobaldo Iigo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 69 minutes into the match, Diadema's goal looked a bit too open when Silvio Romildo came free, but Primitivo Orixe reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Primitivo Orixe showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Jimeno Abel hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Salamanca AFC's goalkeeper Teobaldo Iigo, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Silvio Romildo during the 77th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Diadema booed when Salamanca AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 77 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silvio Romildo didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Ciriaco Felipo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Salamanca AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ciriaco Felipo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 83rd minute, Fernando Lando reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Teobaldo Iigo. The goal made the score 4-2. Fernando Lando fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Iigo having to interfere. The home crowd let out a huge roar when the referee blew for the end of the game. Salamanca AFC were victorious despite being under pressure from Diadema for much of the match.
