Spectators: 7225 (Terracing: 5420, Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 143) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Candido Colon kicked off to start the match. Ciriaco Felipo took the ball and in the 3 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tomas Mancio. A nice corner shot did that Mauricio Fernendo got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Tomas Mancio quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Fermin Tanio recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ruperto Stephen fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Teobaldo Iigo having to interfere. Fermin Tanio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Teobaldo Iigo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Fermin Tanio had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 30 minutes into the match, Salamanca AFC's Candido Colon sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Tomas Mancio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Donato Incendio during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Salamanca AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 38th minute. Penalty! In the 40th minute there was a penalty for Defensa y Justicia. Rodrigo Gonzo stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Teobaldo Iigo. 1-1. During the 43rd minute of the match Donato Incendio completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Donato Incendio a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. Donato Incendio kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Candido Colon was extremely unlucky when he, in the 45th minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. Ciriaco Felipo might have been able to make a better finish in the 48th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tomas Mancio. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Ciriaco Felipo ran back to his position shaking his head. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Silvio Astigar scored 1-2 in the 53rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Teobaldo Iigo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Tomas Mancio showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Candido Colon, who was totally free with the ball in the 57th minute. After a rather tough play, Defensa y Justicia's Silvio Astigar got a free kick in the 67th minute. Defensa y Justicia's Fermin Tanio got a good chance for a goal in the 73rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 79 played minutes Salamanca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Romildo. Candido Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Fermin Tanio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Teobaldo Iigo made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Marcelino Fanuco sent off a good shot on target. In the 90th minute, Ruperto Stephen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Candido Colon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Candido Colon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 96 played minutes Salamanca AFC got a freekick which was hit by Emanuel Orixe. The Salamanca AFC supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Defensa y Justicia's performance. The match ended with a win for Defensa y Justicia.
