Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabian Brais in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Sergio Hunfredo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 10 minutes into the match, Gorilas's goal looked a bit too open when Isidoro Heriberto came free, but Eustacio Reynardo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Fabian Brais kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Sergio Hunfredo. That made the score 1-0 in the 15 minute of play. Clemente Balasi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Reynardo having to interfere. Eustacio Reynardo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Clemente Balasi in the 20th minute of the match. Gorilas's Eustacio Reynardo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Clemente Balasi in the 40th minute of play. The supporters of The Curruncus Band booed when Gorilas was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Oriche didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Sergio Hunfredo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Fabian Brais went, in the 51st minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. Fabian Brais's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Sergio Hunfredo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. In the 61st match minute, Gorilas was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Bernaldo to maneuver through the defense. Gorilas's Antonio Ekain got a good chance for a goal in the 63rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Fabian Brais recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 65th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Sergio Hunfredo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Antonio Ekain in the 72nd minute of play. Fabian Brais received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Sergio Hunfredo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sergio Hunfredo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antonio Ekain in the 84th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the game, Niceto Lopez was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gorilas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave The Curruncus Band the free kick. After 88 played minutes Gorilas got a freekick which was hit by Niceto Lopez. In the 93rd minute of the match Eusebio Mark shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Sergio Hunfredo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. The Curruncus Band's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
