A collision led to Chamicó FC getting a freekick after 32 minutes play. Virgilio Eder hit a great ball. Lucas Orlin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Narciso Mouricio in the 37th minute of the match. Chamicó FC's Virgilio Liher got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Timoteo Pio to make the kick off. The audience was convinced that Virgilio Liher's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Lucas Orlin was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. Lucio Sazon charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Narciso Mouricio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Tobias Goyo, 76 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Serafin Ikatz got free with Cipriano Cheche in the 80th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Serafin Ikatz kicked a quick shot right in front of the goal in the 81stth minute. Though ot was a great shot Chamicó FC's keeper Cipriano Cheche was sill able to block leaving the score board unchanged. Pedro Urbez kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. After having played for 97 minutes, Timoteo Pio managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A. Independiente's supporters crossed their fingers, but Timoteo Pio was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The C.A. Independiente players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Chamicó FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
