Seating: 1662, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Victor Leobardo started the match with the kick off. Santos Jon made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ricardo Oriol in the 8th minute of play. With a little luck, La Romaneta's Santos Jon got control of the ball when Zeledon Clemencin tried to sneak it across the goal line. After having played for 12 minutes, Victor Leobardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. La Romaneta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Leobardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Alejandro Leobardo kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. 16 minutes into the game, La Romaneta's Victor Leobardo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Sebastian Honesto made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in La Romaneta's zone, Zeledon Clemencin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Santos Jon came out of the goal and Zeledon Clemencin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Santos Jon made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Teofilo Rozarius sent off a good shot on target. Sebastian Honesto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Everardo Velasco, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. With a little luck, La Romaneta's Santos Jon got control of the ball when Zeledon Clemencin tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 36th minute, Victor Leobardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 40 minutes into the game, Erubiel Gaspard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Pinchas's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave La Romaneta the free kick. A collision led to Pinchas getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Erubiel Gaspard hit a great ball. Sebastian Honesto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Victor Leobardo in the 43rd minute of play. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ricardo Oriol was the one to do the kick off. Ricardo Oriol sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jorge Sabino kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 63rd minute, Christian Gaxan managed to get in a good position for a shot. Pinchas's supporters rose to their feet, but Christian Gaxan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Santos Jon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Victor Leobardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Clemencin took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santos Jon. Santos Jon dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-1. Ricardo Oriol took the ball and in the 76 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Santos Jon. When Victor Leobardo came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the La Romaneta fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Victor Leobardo couldn't finish the play. If Victor Leobardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Zeledon Clemencin in the 84th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santos Jon prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 86th minute Teofilo Rozarius shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Santos Jon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 87 minutes into the match, Pinchas's goalkeeper Sebastian Honesto had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Victor Leobardo. Everardo Velasco sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute, Victor Leobardo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Victor Leobardo's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sebastian Honesto firmly grabbed it by the left post. When the referee blew the final whistle, Pinchas could leave the field as winners, despite La Romaneta having more of the ball for most of the match.
