Francisco Barto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Nicasio Goyo in the 26th minute of play. Leon Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cipriano Ruy recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Leon Harri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leo Danel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cipriano Ruy in the 46th minute. If Nicasio Goyo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Nicasio Goyo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When Nicasio Goyo came up free with the goalie in the 53rd minute, the Carmen FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nicasio Goyo couldn't finish the play. An unexpected shot in the 55th minute by Nicasio Goyo got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. Carmen FC's Rosendo Regis got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Nicasio Goyo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Francisco Barto having to interfere. Isidro Leheren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Danel having to interfere. Nicasio Goyo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Francisco Barto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Nicasio Goyo got free with Francisco Barto in the 72nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Leon Harri fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Danel having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen FC's zone, Cipriano Ruy stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Danel came out of the goal and Cipriano Ruy tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 79th minute, Nicasio Goyo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Carmen FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Nicasio Goyo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Francisco Barto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Leon Harri sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Isidro Leheren blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leo Danel having to make a save. Cipriano Ruy received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Leo Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Cordarius sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Tala's Francisco Barto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Tala from getting a goal against them. 98 minutes into the match, Tala's goal looked a bit too open when Rosendo Regis came free, but Francisco Barto reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
