Jeronimo Poncio in the 7thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leo Danel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. In the 17th minute, Mauro Cordeara hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With his leg Leo Danel managed to avoid a goal in the 18thth minute, when Balada Triste's Jeronimo Poncio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Leo Danel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jeronimo Poncio in the 20th minute. After 23 played minutes Carmen FC got a freekick which was hit by Diego Weather. Jeronimo Poncio in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Leo Danel, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Carmen FC's Leo Danel played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Teobaldo Pueblo in the 35th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Nicasio Goyo made a precise shot to the right of Jimeno Paul. Balada Triste's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen FC's zone, Jeronimo Poncio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Danel came out of the goal and Jeronimo Poncio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jeronimo Poncio to strike the kick off in the second half. Nicasio Goyo scored 1-2 in the 52nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jimeno Paul, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 2-2 when Jeronimo Poncio sped through Carmen FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Leo Danel. Alvaro Aballe hit a great freekick 74 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Carmen FC's Florencio Cordarius dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-3. After a defensive mix-up in Carmen FC's zone, Jeronimo Poncio stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leo Danel came out of the goal and Jeronimo Poncio tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Alvaro Aballe's late challenge caught a Carmen FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alvaro Aballe helped the player get up and apologised. In the 84th match minute, Balada Triste was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alvaro Aballe to maneuver through the defense. Javier Totakoxe fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leo Danel having to interfere. Jeronimo Poncio received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Leo Danel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Carmen FC were delighted with the way they had won the match. They had held their defensive line well and made the most of their chances, to claim a victory over Balada Triste's much stronger midfield.
