An unexpectedly hard shot by Jacinto Bernaldo in the 21st minute of play forced Edding FC's goalkeeper Elpidio Cordaro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 25thth minute of the game Gaudencio Mannuel who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Edding FC's Elpidio Cordaro was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Elpidio Cordaro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jacinto Bernaldo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacinto Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Palmar booed when Edding FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 41 match minutes in a wonderful position. Victorino Gabrio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Simon Mitxel's late challenge caught a Palmar's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Paulo Aragones made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Aquilino Medardo in the 54th minute of play. Aquilino Medardo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Paulo Aragones tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Gaudencio Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paulo Aragones showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Victorino Gabrio in the 62nd minute of the match. If Aquilino Medardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. Palmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Elpidio Cordaro breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Edding FC's Elpidio Cordaro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 91st minute of the match, managed to save Edding FC from getting a goal against them.
