The Merlo fc fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Atilano Tonio made a kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Ciro Jusepe got free with Modesto Hug in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Modesto Hug stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Atilano Tonio's shot from short distance in the 82nd minute. Merlo fc played a much better game than Corazzi and deserved their victory. The Corazzi players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
