Spectators: 7147 (Terracing: 5394, Seating: 1653, VIP seats: 100) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jacinto Bernaldo took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cristo Foro hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. Jacinto Bernaldo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 6th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 8th minute, Jacinto Bernaldo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Palmar's supporters rose to their feet, but Jacinto Bernaldo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Generoso Urre breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Lino Obeko who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 13thth minute tested the skills of Paulo Aragones when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Gaudencio Mannuel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 18th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Jacinto Bernaldo in the 19th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Generoso Urre saved Berazategui from getting behind. Generoso Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gaudencio Mannuel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gaudencio Mannuel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Gaudencio Mannuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 34th minute Gaudencio Mannuel shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Generoso Urre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Paulo Aragones made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lino Obeko in the 36th minute. Generoso Urre stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Jacinto Bernaldo's shot from short distance in the 37th minute. Jacinto Bernaldo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Generoso Urre having to interfere. Lino Obeko could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 46th minute of the match, but Paulo Aragones made a huge save. Segundo Rivas charged in rather forcefully in the 47th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Segundo Rivas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Segundo Rivas hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. Palmar's Gaudencio Mannuel got a good chance for a goal in the 49th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar.

Gaudencio Mannuel recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Jacinto Bernaldo came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Palmar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Jacinto Bernaldo couldn't finish the play. In the 68th minute, one of Palmar:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Palmar. If Inocencio Inguma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 82nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Palmar's zone, Victoriano Guerau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paulo Aragones came out of the goal and Victoriano Guerau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Lino Obeko in the 96th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Paulo Aragones saved Palmar from getting behind. When the referee blew the final whistle, Berazategui could leave the field as winners, despite Palmar having more of the ball for most of the match.
