Generoso Urre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Laureano Nesto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 12 minutes into the game, Corazzi's Eduardo Ramond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Urre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. In the 16th minute, Amancio Rey got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lino Obeko recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 22nd minute, Cristo Foro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 26 minutes into the game, Corazzi's Eduardo Ramond nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Urre made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-2. A collision led to Berazategui getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Victoriano Guerau hit a great ball. Generoso Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Laureano Nesto, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Hermengildo Cordera hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Laureano Nesto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Generoso Urre tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Generoso Urre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eduardo Ramond, who was totally free with the ball in the 38th minute. Generoso Urre made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Abel Garcia in the 40th minute of play. After the first half Corazzi were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Corazzi's Modesto Hug played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Inguma in the 53rd minute of play. Lino Obeko fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Modesto Hug having to interfere. 66 minutes into the match, Corazzi's goal looked a bit too open when Inocencio Inguma came free, but Modesto Hug reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Laureano Nesto blasted a shot towards the goal in the 67th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Generoso Urre having to make a save. After having played for 68 minutes, Eduardo Ramond managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Corazzi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eduardo Ramond was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Laureano Nesto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 70th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lino Obeko blasted a shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Modesto Hug having to make a save. Generoso Urre didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 74th minute, which inside left pole to 1-4. If Lino Obeko had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Generoso Urre acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 84th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Siro Orixe. In the 86th minute of the match Hugo Baumar sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Generoso Urre skillfully saved the ball. After a rather tough play, Corazzi's Jacinto Jakes got a free kick in the 87th minute. The audience was convinced that Inocencio Inguma's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Modesto Hug was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Cosme Ramond during the 94th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Corazzi's Cosme Ramond got a free kick in the 94th minute. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Corazzi had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
