To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Diego Armando Maradona's Victorio Sayveon got a free kick in the 35th minute. In the 42nd minute, Baldomiro Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Justino Cucao's late challenge caught a Diego Armando Maradona's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Cucao helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Ledesma getting a freekick after 45 minutes play. Justino Cucao hit a great ball. Hugo Felipo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Simon Rocio's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

Juan Manuel Olivera fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Felipo having to interfere. Dante Gonsalvos short, quick shot in the 55thth minute got Hugo Felipo to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. A collision led to Ledesma getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Urbano Cruz hit a great ball. Hugo Felipo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Juan Manuel Olivera in the 59th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Ledesma's Baldomiro Xabier got a free kick in the 62nd minute. Dante Gonsalvo might have been able to make a better finish in the 64th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Hugo Felipo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Dante Gonsalvo ran back to his position shaking his head. When Dante Gonsalvo came up free with the goalie in the 70th minute, the Diego Armando Maradona fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dante Gonsalvo couldn't finish the play. Juan Manuel Olivera sent away a hard shot on goal in the 73rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 74th minute Dante Gonsalvo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 倪磊翀 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alberto Manni in the 77th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Diego Armando Maradona's Juan Manuel Olivera slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Hugo Felipo. That made the score 0-5 after 86 minutes of play. With a little luck, Ledesma's Hugo Felipo got control of the ball when Simon Rocio tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 90 minutes, Hilario Abechuco mouthed his way into the referee's book.
