In a very dangerous position, a player in Berreta fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 6th minute. Penalty! The referee gave Tambillos FC a penalty, 8 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Marco Irrintzi, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Berreta's Justino Llope. 0-1. Cristian Eron received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 12th minute. Justino Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Blas Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 17th minute. Octavio Luke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leopoldo Reno in the 19th minute of play forced Tambillos FC's goalkeeper Octavio Luke to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Octavio Luke made a fantastic save in the 22nd minute, when Rafael Lauren sent off a good shot on target. The audience was convinced that Cristian Eron's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Justino Llope was relentless in the 24th minute of the game. Octavio Luke made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Blas Santos in the 32nd minute of play. Lucas Belarmo kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Blas Santos did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-1 to the left of a surprised Octavio Luke 40 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Tambillos FC's Octavio Luke got control of the ball when Rafael Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Octavio Luke made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rafael Lauren in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The wind increased when Blas Santos made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 52 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Rafael Lauren sped through Tambillos FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Octavio Luke. If Blas Santos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 56th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Rafael Lauren received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 63rd minute. Octavio Luke tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 67th minute, Tambillos FC's Evelio Rivero ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Justino Llope. Justino Llope yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-2. Rafael Lauren fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 72nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Octavio Luke having to interfere. In the 73rd minute, Blas Santos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Octavio Luke was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-2. Jimeno Dacio kicked well hit freekick during the 78th minute of the match. After 79 played minutes, Berreta's Ariel Lehoi shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Octavio Luke came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Berreta reached it. In the 81stth minute of the game Rafael Lauren who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Tambillos FC's Octavio Luke was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 83 minutes into the match, Cristian Eron notched a goal, 3-3, to the right of Berreta's Justino Llope. Justino Llope was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Octavio Luke showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rafael Lauren in the 89th minute of the match. 90 minutes into the match, Tambillos FC's goal looked a bit too open when Blas Santos came free, but Octavio Luke reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The teams fought very hard right up to the final whistle. Both sets of players were happy to go away with a draw.
