The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Baldomiro Xabier during the 3rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When Baldomiro Xabier was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 18 minutes had been played. In the 18th minute, Baldomiro Xabier hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alberto Manni blasted a shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Leopoldo Olivar having to make a save. After 29 played minutes Morrison FC got a freekick which was hit by Arsenio Frans. In the 31st minute Samuel Salvadore shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Hugo Felipo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Norberto Marin struck a weak shot in the 44th minute. Hugo Felipo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Morrison FC.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Norberto Marin to make the kick off. Hilario Abechuco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leopoldo Olivar having to interfere. A collision led to Ledesma getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Justino Cucao hit a great ball. Norberto Marin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hugo Felipo having to interfere. 59 minutes into the game, Justino Cucao was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Ledesma's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Morrison FC the free kick. The supporters of Morrison FC booed when Ledesma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Samuel Salvadore got free with Hugo Felipo in the 63rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Morrison FC's Fermin Montrel got a free kick in the 64th minute. Alberto Manni received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Leopoldo Olivar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Cucao sent away a hard shot on goal in the 68th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Ledesma's zone, Samuel Salvadore stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hugo Felipo came out of the goal and Samuel Salvadore tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Norberto Marin in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Hugo Felipo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The supporters of Morrison FC booed when Ledesma was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Justino Cucao didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hugo Felipo came out of the goal in the 79th minute to try and stop a shot by Morrison FC's Samuel Salvadore. But to his dismay, Samuel Salvadore quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-2. 84 minutes into the game, Alberto Manni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-2. Leopoldo Olivar was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Samuel Salvadore recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 88th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 90 played minutes Morrison FC got a freekick which was hit by Fermin Montrel. For all the effort they put into the match, the Morrison FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Ledesma.
