Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Berreta's Blas Santos started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 9 minutes into the game, Robin Werbrouck was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Diego Armando Maradona's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berreta the free kick. After 9 played minutes Diego Armando Maradona got a freekick which was hit by Robin Werbrouck. Simon Rocio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 15th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Llope having to interfere. 16 minutes into the game, Victor Harkaitz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Berreta's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Diego Armando Maradona the free kick. Victor Harkaitz hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a little luck, Diego Armando Maradona's 倪磊翀 got control of the ball when Rafael Lauren tried to sneak it across the goal line. Juan Manuel Olivera received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Justino Llope tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 27 played minutes Berreta got a freekick which was hit by Victor Harkaitz. Justino Llope didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Simon Rocio went, in the 29th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. In the 33rd match minute, Berreta was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paulino Seber to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute of the match Diego Armando Maradona got a corner. Berreta's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Robin Werbrouck ran over to the corner to take the kick. Diego Armando Maradona's Dante Gonsalvo was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Justino Llope in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Godofredo Cordareo in the 37th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Justino Llope saved Berreta from getting behind. In the 41st minute Blas Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪磊翀 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience was convinced that Blas Santos's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but 倪磊翀 was relentless in the 43rd minute of the game. Juan Manuel Olivera struck a weak shot in the 48th minute. Justino Llope didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Diego Armando Maradona. The Berreta players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Diego Armando Maradona were winning 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Juan Manuel Olivera made a kick off. In the 52nd minute Blas Santos shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but 倪磊翀 saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 倪磊翀 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Blas Santos, who was totally free with the ball in the 64th minute. Dante Gonsalvo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Justino Llope having to interfere. Berreta's Justino Llope played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Manuel Olivera in the 68th minute of play. 倪磊翀 showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Desiderio Mancio, who was totally free with the ball in the 69th minute. 倪磊翀 made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Lauren in the 70th minute of play. Justino Llope took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dante Gonsalvo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Justino Llope made an important save on a dangerous shot by Simon Rocio in the 76th minute. Blas Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. 倪磊翀 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 85th minute, Rafael Lauren ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. 倪磊翀 was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-1. Blas Santos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. 倪磊翀 tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Justino Llope made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Astor Cilio in the 93rd minute of play. Honorio Niva charged in rather forcefully in the 95th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Honorio Niva the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 95 played minutes Berreta got a freekick which was hit by Honorio Niva. The audience held their breath when Victorio Sayveon in the 97th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Justino Llope's left hand side. Many of Diego Armando Maradona's supporters were seen to leave the ground early as it became clear their team was going to lose. Diego Armando Maradona may have spent more time on the ball, but Berreta were more willing to take their chances and they walked away with the win.
