Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Bartolo Roderigo started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Thanks to some nice moves Romeo Panpili could shoot a difficult shot in the 20th minute, which Ernesto Bittor however easily saved by the left post. Romeo Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Ernesto Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 24th minute, Ismael Lalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Satanes's Mario Frascuelo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benedicto Mikelats in the 26th minute of play. When Astor Frances fell near the penalty area in the 28th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Satanes's protests and gave Astor Frances a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of ATLANTA booed when Satanes was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Astor Frances didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mario Frascuelo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Camilo Baldovino in the 32nd minute of play. After 33 played minutes ATLANTA got a freekick which was hit by Adolfo Maiorga. Ernesto Bittor came out of the goal in the 35th minute to try and stop a shot by Satanes's Romeo Panpili. But to his dismay, Romeo Panpili quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Romeo Panpili sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Ismael Lalla had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 40th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 41st minute, Romeo Panpili got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 43rd minute the ball was on its way in behind ATLANTA's goalkeeper Ernesto Bittor, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. When the match clock showed 46 minutes, the score became 2-1 when Romeo Panpili sped through ATLANTA's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Ernesto Bittor.

Ernesto Bittor made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Romeo Panpili in the 53rd minute of play. In the 55th minute, Ismael Lalla hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Mario Frascuelo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Camilo Baldovino in the 56th minute. Astor Frances sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Romeo Panpili came up free with the goalie in the 64th minute, the Satanes fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeo Panpili couldn't finish the play. Camilo Baldovino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Mario Frascuelo having to interfere. Romeo Panpili received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Ernesto Bittor tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 73 minutes, Mario Frascuelo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. A collision led to Satanes getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Ismael Lalla hit a great ball. Desiderio Obano, 77 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. ATLANTA's Ernesto Bittor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ismael Lalla in the 81st minute of play. 85 minutes into the match, Satanes's Astor Frances sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Ernesto Bittor narrowly saved just below the crossbar. After having played for 90 minutes, Astor Frances managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Satanes's supporters crossed their fingers, but Astor Frances was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Romeo Panpili had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Frances in the 96th minute of play forced ATLANTA's goalkeeper Ernesto Bittor to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Camilo Baldovino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 98th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Satanes fully deserved thier win.
