Medrano AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Radamel-Falcao García was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Humberto Naike made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eusebio Venceslas in the 19th minute of play. 21 minutes into the match, Medrano AFC's Rolando Breogan sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Humberto Procopio narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Medrano AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Rolando Breogan was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Humberto Procopio breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 36 minutes into the match, Radamel-Falcao García notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Tolhuin's Humberto Procopio. Humberto Procopio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 41 minutes, the score became 0-4 when Radamel-Falcao García sped through Tolhuin's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Humberto Procopio. The Medrano AFC fans' excitement grew in the 46th match minute when Medrano AFC's Radamel-Falcao García looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Disappointed in the 0-5 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Eusebio Venceslas made a kick off. Rolando Breogan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Humberto Procopio tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Tolhuin's Humberto Procopio proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Tolhuin from getting a goal against them. If Luis Matxin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Humberto Procopio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Radamel-Falcao García went, in the 60th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-6 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Krzysztof Bara got free with Humberto Procopio in the 68th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The tension between the Tolhuin and the Medrano AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Medrano AFC's Justo Hitzeder was substituted for Laureano James. In the 71st match minute, Tolhuin was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ignacio Criston to maneuver through the defense.
