The supporters of Satanes booed when Salto was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicasio Ofelio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Uriel Bela received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Mario Frascuelo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Arnulfo Harkaitz to make the kick off. Romeo Panpilis short, quick shot in the 97thth minute got Eriberto Bastia to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Satanes played a much better game than Salto and deserved their victory. The Salto players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
