Eriberto Bastia took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amado Joey, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Amado Joey received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Eriberto Bastia came out and tried to block the shot, but Amado Joey slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 7th minute. Amado Joey received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 10th minute. Eriberto Bastia tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Salto 's defense didn't have a chance, in the 11th minute, when Amado Joey scored to the left of an out of position Eriberto Bastia, making the score, 2-0. 15 minutes into the game, Jacobo Garoa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. KIKE FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Salto the free kick. Isidro Paublo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Arnulfo Harkaitz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Salto 's zone, Amado Joey stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Eriberto Bastia came out of the goal and Amado Joey tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Amado Joey in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eriberto Bastia prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Rodrigo Caton was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 31 minutes had been played. A collision led to Salto getting a freekick after 31 minutes play. Rodrigo Caton hit a great ball. After 33 played minutes Salto got a freekick which was hit by Victoriano Oskarbi. When KIKE FC's Amado Joey in the 36th minute got a chance for a shot 36th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Salto 's goalie prevented a goal. If Vladimiro Hodei had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 38th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Salto 's Nicasio Ofelio got a good chance for a goal in the 39th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Bartolo Hitz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After having played for 43 minutes, Victor Ubendu managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIKE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victor Ubendu was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mauricio Weterio hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. After having played for 48 minutes, Segundo Shantala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIKE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Segundo Shantala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

After 59 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Salto ! Salto :s Eriberto Bastia showed great skill when he stopped Amado Joey:s penalty. In the 64th minute, Segundo Shantala got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Amado Joey fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eriberto Bastia having to interfere. After having played for 75 minutes, Amado Joey managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. KIKE FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Amado Joey was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. KIKE FC's Amado Joey got a good chance for a goal in the 86th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Eriberto Bastia showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisito Urtun, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. When Amado Joey came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the KIKE FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amado Joey couldn't finish the play. Vladimiro Hodei recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When the referee ended the match the KIKE FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
