In the 4th match minute, Bonnement was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernesto Gartxot to maneuver through the defense. Tristeza Nao Tem Fim's Ezequiel Lain played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simon Hitzeder in the 6th minute of play. Rogelio Remir who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 9thth minute tested the skills of Zeledon Lico when he managed to save the team from getting behind. If Ovidio Osoro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bonnement's defense didn't have a chance, in the 13th minute, when Rogelio Remir scored to the left of an out of position Zeledon Lico, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Bonnement booed when Tristeza Nao Tem Fim was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 18 match minutes in a wonderful position. Arsenio Clodio didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rogelio Remir took the ball and in the 32 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Zeledon Lico. Zeledon Lico dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. 36 minutes into the game, Bonnement's Simon Hitzeder nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ezequiel Lain made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Ovidio Osoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Zeledon Lico showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Remir in the 42nd minute of the match. In the 44th minute, Rogelio Remir reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zeledon Lico. The goal made the score 3-1. Rogelio Remir fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Lico having to interfere. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Simon Hitzeder was the one to do the kick off. The audience was convinced that Rogelio Remir's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Zeledon Lico was relentless in the 53rd minute of the game. The supporters of Tristeza Nao Tem Fim booed when Bonnement was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. In the 83rd match minute, Bonnement was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Simon Hitzeder to maneuver through the defense. Teobaldo Lain hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. Mariano Osoitz, 86 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. When Prospero Gonsalvo came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Tristeza Nao Tem Fim fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Prospero Gonsalvo couldn't finish the play. In the 95th minute, Rogelio Remir made a precise shot to the right of Zeledon Lico. Bonnement's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-1. There was no doubt that Tristeza Nao Tem Fim were the better team. Tristeza Nao Tem Fim's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
