The referee ignored Tacaaglé's protests and gave Freddy Tipi a yellow card for diving instead. After 8th play minutes Simon Hitzeder shot 1-0, a short shot which went by Danilo Hondo and just under the crossbar into goal. After 12 minutes, Anselmo Quintin mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Tacaaglé and the Bonnement players grew even worse after the yellow card. Anselmo Quintin kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. In the 13th minute of the match Justo Errapel shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Danilo Hondo showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Danilo Hondo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Simon Hitzeder, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Ovidio Osoro could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Danilo Hondo made a huge save. 21 minutes into the match, Tacaaglé's goal looked a bit too open when Simon Hitzeder came free, but Danilo Hondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Freddy Tipi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 23rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Tacaaglé's Clodoveo Lazcano got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Zeledon Lico took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Clodoveo Lazcano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Freddy Tipi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zeledon Lico having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Simon Hitzeder in the 33rd minute of play forced Tacaaglé's goalkeeper Danilo Hondo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marcial Claude hit a great freekick 33 minutes into the match. Danilo Hondo made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Ovidio Osoro sent off a good shot on target. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Simon Hitzeder to strike the kick off in the second half. After having played for 55 minutes, Clodoveo Lazcano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Tacaaglé's supporters crossed their fingers, but Clodoveo Lazcano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Clodoveo Lazcano got free with Zeledon Lico in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ernesto Gartxot during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Bonnement getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Ernesto Gartxot hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Bonnement's Victor Tirso got a free kick in the 66th minute. In the 71st match minute, Tacaaglé was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Anselmo Quintin to maneuver through the defense. Ovidio Osoro took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Danilo Hondo. Danilo Hondo dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Ovidio Osoro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 90th minute. Danilo Hondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Hondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Simon Hitzeder in the 93rd minute of the match. Ovidio Osoro struck a weak shot in the 97th minute. Danilo Hondo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bonnement. Bonnement's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
