After a defensive mix-up in Catella Fubol Club's zone, Benigno Cesaro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Porfirio came out of the goal and Benigno Cesaro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Benigno Cesaro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a rather tough play, Catella Fubol Club's Roberto Ted got a free kick in the 78th minute. Catella Fubol Club's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Colipilli the free kick. After 95 played minutes Catella Fubol Club got a freekick which was hit by Florencio Dalmau. In the 97th minute, Gervasio Peruanton hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
