Americo Arlo was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Alfredo Cordeiro. Cayetano Santo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rene Pitin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a defensive mix-up in Miramonte's zone, Rene Pitin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cayetano Santo came out of the goal and Rene Pitin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 23rdth minute of the game Jeremias Oliveiro who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Miramonte's Cayetano Santo was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience was convinced that Mauro Segio's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Americo Arlo was relentless in the 27th minute of the game. Americo Arlo was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mauro Segio showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 28 minute of play. After 30 played minutes Miramonte got a freekick which was hit by Carolo Venceslao. In the 32nd match minute, Miramonte was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jeronimo Hever to maneuver through the defense. In the 36th minute, Rene Pitin got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Americo Arlo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mauro Segio, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. After 78 minutes, Jonathan Guilabertus mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the La Boca F.C and the Miramonte players grew even worse after the yellow card.
