In the 52nd minute, Flavio Raymon fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Augusto Rico, passed just outside the right post. Tobatirenda AFC's Bernardino Galoer got a good chance for a goal in the 55th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Flavio Raymon blasted a shot towards the goal in the 58th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Augusto Rico having to make a save. If Cosme Azibar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
