Fermin Tximitx made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Paolo Gomez came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB's Silvio Oroitz. But to his dismay, Silvio Oroitz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. After a defensive mix-up in LOS CASI's zone, Arnoldo Iratze stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Paolo Gomez came out of the goal and Arnoldo Iratze tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 18 minutes, Carmelo Buinton managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. LOS CASI's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carmelo Buinton was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB's Silvio Oroitz got a good chance for a goal in the 20th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Paolo Gomez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Silvio Oroitz in the 23rd minute of play. With a little luck, FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB's Fermin Tximitx got control of the ball when Edgardo Torres tried to sneak it across the goal line. Edgardo Torres's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fermin Tximitx read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 26th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Silvio Oroitz in the 28th minute of play forced LOS CASI's goalkeeper Paolo Gomez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carmelo Buinton sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB's Fermin Tximitx proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB from getting a goal against them. The long shot by Inocencio Hunfredo in the 45th minute really tested Fermin Tximitx's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. In the 50th minute Carmelo Buinton shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermin Tximitx saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Carmelo Buinton to strike the kick off in the second half. Juan Evis hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Carmelo Buinton in the 55th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Fermin Tximitx prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Carmelo Buinton had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Edgardo Torres fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fermin Tximitx having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edgardo Torres in the 71st minute of play forced FABRICIO FUTBOL CLUB's goalkeeper Fermin Tximitx to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Edgardo Torres had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Inocencio Hunfredo fell near the penalty area in the 92nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored LOS CASI's protests and gave Inocencio Hunfredo a yellow card for diving instead. Inocencio Hunfredo hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Arnoldo Iratze received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Paolo Gomez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to LOS CASI getting a freekick after 98 minutes play. Gregorio Eyague hit a great ball. Both teams had looked equal from kick-off, and no-one was surprised when the match finally ended in a draw.
