After 3 played minutes Domínguez got a freekick which was hit by Moises Mon. Silverio Quinteros hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. The supporters of Domínguez booed when Forres was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silverio Quinteros didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Feliciano Su hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 19 played minutes Domínguez got a freekick which was hit by Feliciano Su. A collision led to Domínguez getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Venancio Salamon hit a great ball. When Moises Mon came up free with the goalie in the 29th minute, the Domínguez fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Moises Mon couldn't finish the play. 31 minutes into the game, Silverio Quinteros was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Forres's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Domínguez the free kick. After 36 minutes Domínguez's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Paulo Uhin who took care of the corner kick. Fausto Ibon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hermengildo Araoz during the 44th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Forres getting a freekick after 44 minutes play. Hermengildo Araoz hit a great ball. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Christian Orti stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in Forres's zone, Moises Mon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hermengildo Isaio came out of the goal and Moises Mon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 54 minutes into the match, Moises Mon notched a goal, 0-2, to the right of Forres's Hermengildo Isaio. Hermengildo Isaio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After 66 minutes of play Forres's Silverio Quinteros was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Silverio Quinteros kicked well hit freekick during the 67th minute of the match. Bernardino Cordaryal received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 76th minute. Froilan Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 78th match minute, Domínguez was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Feliciano Su to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute, Eulalio Cordarrol hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Angelo Corderun recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Hermengildo Araoz fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Froilan Gil having to interfere. After having played for 93 minutes, Paulo Uhin managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Forres's supporters crossed their fingers, but Paulo Uhin was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Paulo Uhin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 95th minute. Froilan Gil tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Domínguez's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
