When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Zacarias Inautzi made a kick off. Bernardo Loren showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodrigo Madaleno, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. When Faustino Truylos fell near the penalty area in the 57th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Estrella de Plata's protests and gave Faustino Truylos a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of HDP booed when Estrella de Plata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Faustino Truylos didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 58th minute, Anastasio Gilen sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Estrella de Plata's Bernardo Loren didn't even have to move. If Rodrigo Madaleno had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Zacarias Inautzi fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gabriel Playo having to interfere. 75 minutes into the match, Zacarias Inautzi notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of HDP's Gabriel Playo. Gabriel Playo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
