But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Leontin Bănățeanu couldn't finish the play. In the 9th minute, August Tunander ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Aristides Isias was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 13th minute Leontin Bănățeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Isias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Gongan FC's Aristides Isias played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wu Ting Lin in the 14th minute of play. The Aston Wilde FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 26 minutes into the game, Aston Wilde FC's Wu Ting Lin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Aristides Isias made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-5. 30 minutes into the game, Jeronimo Iago was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gongan FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Aston Wilde FC the free kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Ting Lin in the 31st minute of play forced Gongan FC's goalkeeper Aristides Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 32 minutes into the game, Wu Ting Lin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-6. Aristides Isias was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jeronimo Iago got free with Bogdan Stelea in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wu Ting Lin in the 40th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Aristides Isias prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 41st minute Leontin Bănățeanu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Aristides Isias saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute of the match Aston Wilde FC got a corner. Gongan FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wu Ting Lin ran over to the corner to take the kick. Bogdan Stelea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edgard Ovando, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Aston Wilde FC's Wu Ting Lin in the 47th minute got a chance for a shot 47th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gongan FC's goalie prevented a goal.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Wu Ting Lin to make the kick off. In the 51st minute, Nereo Lamberto reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Aristides Isias. The goal made the score 0-7. 55 minutes into the match, Gongan FC's goalkeeper Aristides Isias had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Wu Ting Lin. Gongan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 60th minute, when Wu Ting Lin scored to the left of an out of position Aristides Isias, making the score, 0-8. Leontin Bănățeanu came free with the goalkeeper in the 65th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Aristides Isias could save by the left post. Gongan FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 67th minute, when August Tunander scored to the left of an out of position Aristides Isias, making the score, 0-9. Aristides Isias took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from August Tunander, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Aston Wilde FC's Ceferino Poz got a free kick in the 78th minute. Aristides Isias was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but August Tunander showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-12 in the 82 minute of play. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Aristides Isias successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 92 minutes into the match, Wu Ting Lin notched a goal, 0-13, to the right of Gongan FC's Aristides Isias. Aristides Isias was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wu Ting Lin in the 96th minute of play forced Gongan FC's goalkeeper Aristides Isias to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Aston Wilde FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
